Return and exchange
Principle
Return and exchange: Upon receipt of your package, you have 60 days to return your products. You may either exchange them or request a credit in the form of a gift voucher (valid for six months).
Refund: Upon receipt of your package, you have 14 full days to request a refund for the products.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Return conditions to be met
The product must be returned in its original packaging (or packaging suitable for transport) with its hang tag (barcode) still attached.
If you ordered a pack or bundle, it must be returned in its entirety.
The return is only possible if the item has not been worn and/or washed and/or rinsed. Any item returned that has been worn, washed, rinsed, damaged, stained, soiled, or has an odor (tobacco, fried food, etc.) will be systematically refused.
Some products cannot be returned, such as thongs. If applicable, this information is clearly stated on the product page.
These rules are applied for obvious hygiene reasons.
How to proceed?
You already have a customer account:
To return an item, log in to your customer account by clicking here and follow the steps below:
- Go to your order history.
- Select the relevant order by clicking on "Return Request".
- Then choose the product(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return.
- Choose the desired return type (exchange/credit or refund, if applicable).
- Confirm the process by clicking on the red button "Return Request".
- Finally, a page will appear with the return form to print (or copy onto a blank sheet), including the return reference.
- Place this form and the product(s) in a postal package and send it to the indicated address. Postage is at your expense. We recommend tracked shipping (tracked letter).
- Upon receipt of the package by our team, you will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours.
You placed an order without creating an account:
When placing your order, you chose not to create an account. To initiate a return, you must first log in by requesting a password by clicking here (reset my password).
Enter the email address used for your purchase and click the red button "Reset my password".
An automatic email will be sent to your address. If necessary, check your spam folder. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
You will then be able to log in to your customer account by clicking here and follow the steps below:
- Go to your order history.
- Select the relevant order by clicking on "Return Request".
- Then choose the product(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return.
- Choose the desired return type (exchange/credit or refund, if applicable).
- Confirm the process by clicking on the red button "Return Request".
- Finally, a page will appear with the return form to print (or copy onto a blank sheet), including the return reference.

- Upon receipt of the package by our team, you will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours.
And afterwards?
For an exchange or a credit:
Once your return is validated by our team, you will receive an email with a gift voucher (or credit) allowing you to place a new order. The code will be valid for six months.
For any order placed using this code, shipping is free.
For a refund:
Once your return is validated by our team, the refund will be processed within a maximum of seven days. We will credit the bank card used during the purchase.
