How does it work?
Returns and exchanges: you have 60 days to return your items to us. You can either exchange them or request a gift voucher (valid for 12 months).
Refunds: you have 14 clear days to request a refund for your items.
The client must cover return shipping fees.
How to do?
For returns, exchanges and refunds, you must email our sales team beforehand with your order number and reason for the return:
Our team will approve the return and tell you what to do next.
If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, it must not have been worn and/or washed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with its labels intact.
No exchange or refund will be provided if the item does not meet these criteria.
