We prepare and ship your order within 24 hours (on business days). For metropolitan France, delivery usually takes two business days. For the European Union and the rest of the world, delivery times vary depending on the destination, ranging from three to twenty days. These times are indicative. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the amount of your order and the selected delivery method. For metropolitan France, shipping costs are free for purchases over €60. Your products are packaged in a brown kraft paper pouch or in a brown cardboard box, depending on the volume of the order. These packages are suitable for sending parcels in good condition. These packages are also designed to ensure the return of items (be careful to open them properly to reuse them). We no longer use overpackaging in paper or plastic. Your items are directly packaged in the shipping package, without unnecessary overpackaging. This waste reduction policy is part of our actions for more ecological fashion. Our parcels are shipped directly from Marigny-le-Châtel in France, where our logistics provider is located. The sender's name may be "Garçon Français" or "Axe STPP."

Any delivery made outside the European Union is exempt from 20% VAT; the products are sold tax-free. To see the tax-free rates, log in to your customer account (with a delivery address outside the European Union) or create a customer account. Furthermore, orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees or taxes. This additional cost must be borne by the customer. These fees vary from country to country. These taxes will be payable upon delivery of the parcel to the local postal service.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. The tracking is also accessible on your customer account. To log in to your customer account, go to our login page, then to the order history.
If you have selected delivery to a relay point or post office (France and Belgium), you will receive an email or text message to inform you of the availability of the parcel at the relay point. Depending on the selected relay point, you will have between 48 hours and ten days to collect your parcel. Be vigilant. Beyond the given time, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
During home delivery, Colissimo can deposit the parcel in your mailbox or hand it to you in person. Delivery is made with or without a signature, depending on the volume of the parcel and its value. In case of absence, and for delivery against signature, the parcel will be available for pickup at the post office (the nearest to your home). In this case, you will be notified by email or text message (or a notice of passage) of the place where to pick up your parcel. Returns

Exchange and credit: Upon receiving your package, you have a period of sixty days to return your products to us for an exchange or credit. Refund: Upon receiving your package, you have a period of fourteen days to send back your items for a refund. The returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Yes, products can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or rinsed and/or washed. Any returned item that has been worn, washed, rinsed, damaged, stained, soiled, or has an odor (tobacco, fried food, etc.) will be systematically refused. Returned products must be in their original packaging or in suitable packaging, with the cardboard tag (barcodes). Socks must not have been separated from their cardboard holder. Sets and packs must be returned in their entirety. Also, note that certain items are neither exchangeable nor refundable, such as thongs and gift boxes.

Return shipping costs to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or defective products. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Upon receipt of your package, if the product is compliant, the refund will be processed within a maximum of seven days.

Products

We provide a size guide on each product page to help you choose the ideal size based on your measurements. Find them here. Our products are designed with French size references. Our products generally run smaller than international brands. For example, if you wear a size M in an international brand, opt for size L at Garçon Français.
We inspect all products that come out of our production lines. Sometimes a defect may escape our notice. If this is the case, please contact our customer service by email at information@garcon-francais.fr. Provide your order number and attach photos of the defect. Our quality department will contact you within 48 hours.

Manufacturing & Commitment

All of our cotton products (underwear, socks, pajamas, t-shirts, and tank tops) are made in France, in partner workshops known for their textile expertise. Our swimsuits are made in France, although the fabric is knitted in Italy. We primarily use cotton, with a touch of elastane for added comfort and support. Our materials are selected for their durability, softness, and longevity. All of our fabrics are knitted and dyed in France, including our belts, which are also knitted in France. Synthetic fabrics (for swimsuits) are knitted and dyed in Italy.

Washing and Care

Our products are designed to last, but they still require special care. Machine wash your items at 30°C (cotton cycle) with a reduced spin speed. Hand washing is not recommended. Air drying is highly recommended. Tumble drying is prohibited as high temperatures can damage the fibers and elasticity of the materials. Finally, to preserve the colors, wash your garments inside out with similarly colored clothing. Be cautious with other new or dark-colored clothes, as well as jeans, which may bleed dye.
Swimsuits can be exposed to external corrosive elements (chlorine, salt, sand, sunscreen) that can damage the fabric fibers. It is essential to take special care when washing them. After each swim, we recommend machine washing your swimsuit at 30°C (synthetic cycle) and letting it air dry (no tumble drying). Wash it inside out. If necessary, rinse it thoroughly with fresh water and let it air dry on a drying rack (do not leave it to dry in a ball inside a towel). Special care should be taken with models featuring white collars or white belts, as sunscreen, chlorine, or sand can yellow the white fabric if not properly washed.
